The Justice Party is a political party of diverse citizens working together to form a just and more peaceful nation that respects the inherent dignity of all people, is in accord with science, provides equal opportunity to all its citizens and both obeys and enforces domestic and international law without regard to rank, position, race or wealth.
Our Mission
The Justice Party is committed to the common goals of social, environmental, and economic justice. The Justice Party believes in eliminating the systemic corruption caused by the undue influence of lobbyist, multinational corporations and wealthy individuals that has led to income disparity and environmental degradation.
The Justice Party believes the government should promote the general welfare of its citizens, as stated in the first sentence of our Constitution:
"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."
Justice For All
- Economic Justice - Promote prosperity through a renewed focus on small businesses, mid-size corporations & free enterprise
- Civil Justice - Extensive campaign reform and term limits while requiring financial transparency in all political advocacy
- Corporate Justice - Create a fair, transparent financial sector that regulates speculative transactions and re-instate the Glass-Steagall Act
- Health Care Justice - Affordable universal health care through Improved Medicare for All coupled with extensive health care cost reduction
- Education Justice - Provide incentives for the study of science, education, math, engineering and primary health care
- Social Justice - Institute a fair and compassionate immigration policy and support marriage equality
- Legal Justice - Passage of a constitutional amendment firmly establishing that corporations are not persons
- Tax Justice - Reinstate a progressive tax structure, simplification of the tax code and ending corporate subsidies
- Environmental Justice - Address humanity's role in causing global climate change and take concrete measures to reduce our consumption of energy
- Global Justice - Create a modern, efficient military force while disengaging from wars of aggression and the closure of non-strategic bases

We, the Connecticut Justice Party, stand for government and political leadership that serve the highest long-term interests of Connecticut and the United States of America. We oppose politics based on self-interest, extremism, or special interests. We are advocates for public policy that prepares Connecticut and America for a better future and we support political leaders who embrace the values and goals described in our platform.
Founding Father and Mothers
Founded on Monday, December 12, 2011 at the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution, a diverse group of courageous citizens announced the formation of the Justice Party of America, which is envisioned as a major new political party for decades to come. The Justice Party seeks governing authority at the local, state, Congressional and national levels, beginning in the 2012 election cycle. The Justice Party is being created as a new 21st-century political vehicle to allow all citizens to work together to bring innovative results-oriented, justice-based solutions to the political debate as soon as possible.
